Delivery

Please follow our guide below to place an order for delivery on or before 23rd December 2024.

All full-priced orders are processed within 1-2 working days of placing the order (3-5 days for sale orders) and shipped by FedEx. On dispatch of your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number.

Please note that whilst we make every attempt to process and ship your order in a timely manner there are some factors that lay outside of our control such as delays in transit, customs or poor weather.

*Please note express shipping is only available on items sourced within the US. All other orders will be shipped through our complimentary delivery service. You will be notified at checkout whether your order is being sourced from within the US and in turn will have the option to select FedEx Express at checkout for an additional cost of $15.

  • We ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. The following countries are not shipped on a DDP basis and therefore require payment of duties and taxes at the checkout or upon delivery: Albania, Armenia, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Egypt, Georgia, Guam, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Laos, Lebanon, Macau, Morocco, Serbia, Uzbekistan and Virgin Islands (U.S). Please note, if you are located within the United States, local sales tax will be added at checkout (where applicable).
